MENTEE TRANSFORMATION STORY

Recently, Brittany began her full-time role at an AI tech company in San Francisco, landing a position in both her dream field and dream city.
Brittany first joined Mentor for Change as a mentee in our 2019 DreamMentor cohort. As Brittany continued her educational journey, she joined our 2020 CollegeMentor cohort, where she navigated the college application process. The following year, she graduated from high school before beginning the next chapter of her education at UC Berkeley, where she earned a B.A. in Cognitive Science with a minor in Data Science. Following graduation, Brittany continued to receive career counseling and coaching through Mentor for Change as she prepared to enter the workforce. In June 2026, she began her career at an AI tech company in San Francisco.
